My experience with INT has been fantastic! I work for a very small company with less than 5 employees and I am absolutely blown away at the level of attention and stellar customer service we’ve received. You would have thought we were a Fortune 100 company by the way INT prioritized our HubSpot implementation! Dave Linderman, one of our subject matter experts, was very easy to reach and responded to calls and emails quickly. Caleb Price, our project manager, was very quick to respond to my emails, providing accurate answers to my questions quickly, which greatly sped up my process of learning a new CRM. Gwen Eberts, our account manager, frequently checked in (but not annoyingly frequent) to make sure we were happy and getting the information we needed while implementing our solution. As a result of our team’s hard work, our implementation was incredibly quick and smooth.
